I came across this survey and thought it may of interest to some.
It highlights the notion that we cannot look at organisational change as an one-off initiative - organisations, especially in the current business climate, need to change constantly. The image I have in mind is one of a water vortex - the form of the shape stays as a vortex, but the substance, pace, flow and size changes constantly as it adapts and flexes to the environment. As leaders we need to develop and organise our business to support the capability of inherent change.
